Come out and join us at the pier in Avila for some Fun Hiit and Yoga! Eric (owner of The Budo Ryu) and I have teamed up to help you explore your own movement potential on the beach. We will start off with some fun functional movement, and then work those movers and shakers with some High Intensity Interval Training. But don't worry, we won't leave you hangin'. After the Hiit we will recenter and align with Yoga to make sure that you have an awesome full body and mind training experience. Bring your yoga mat if you have one, water bottle, and we'll see you at the beach!
